Konvio and its database run on servers in Germany. Here you can read about data collection, retention and the services that process your data.
Hosted in the EU
The application and database run at Hetzner in Germany. Uploaded files are stored with Bunny in Germany, and AI features use Mistral's EU endpoint. Optional push notifications use the browser provider's service (Google, Apple, Mozilla or Microsoft). Signing in with Google or Microsoft uses that provider. The subprocessor list names these services.
Data processing agreement
A data processing agreement is published below and issued to organizers on request. Retention periods are set per kind of data and listed in the privacy policy. Billing records are kept for the seven years tax law requires.
No third-party analytics or ad trackers
Konvio uses no third-party analytics or advertising services on this website or in the platform. Konvio counts page views itself, using an identifier that changes daily, and keeps the raw records for 30 days. Emails contain no open or click tracking.
Data protection
All connections use TLS. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Uploaded files are stored in Germany.
Access control
Roles decide what each team member can see and change.
Transparency
Konvio charges no commission on booth fees or sponsorship revenue. The platform fee is agreed in your quote.
