EU Hosting
All data is stored and processed in the European Union. Our infrastructure runs on servers in Austria, ensuring your data never leaves EU jurisdiction.
GDPR Compliance
Konvio is fully GDPR-compliant. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available for every customer. Data is retained for up to seven years in accordance with legal requirements.
No Tracking
We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this website or inside the platform. Your visitors and exhibitors are never profiled.
Data Protection
All connections are encrypted via TLS. Sensitive data such as passwords and tokens is hashed and stored securely. Files are kept in encrypted object storage.
Access Control
Role-based permissions ensure that team members only access what they need. Sensitive identifiers are locked and cannot be tampered with from the client side.
Transparency
No hidden fees, no commission on exhibitor payments, no surprise charges. Our pricing is published openly and our platform does exactly what it says.
