Your event data deserves the same care you put into organizing it. Konvio is built on privacy-first principles, hosted in the EU, and designed to keep your data under your control.
EU Hosting
All data is stored and processed in the European Union. Our infrastructure runs on servers in Germany, ensuring your data never leaves EU jurisdiction.
GDPR Compliance
Konvio is fully GDPR-compliant. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available for every customer. Data is retained for up to seven years in accordance with legal requirements.
No Tracking
We use no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics, on this website and inside the platform. What we measure, we measure ourselves: pseudonymously, and kept separate per event.
Data Protection
All connections are encrypted via TLS. Sensitive data such as passwords and tokens is hashed and stored securely. Files are kept in encrypted object storage.
Access Control
Role-based permissions ensure that team members only access what they need. Sensitive identifiers are locked and cannot be tampered with from the client side.
Transparency
No hidden fees, no commission on exhibitor payments, no surprise charges. You pay for the platform, never a share of what you earn, and it does exactly what it says.
